Core Photography Shoots: $41 million-plus Sydney home to Hong Kong tycoon

Canning Fok is a Hong Kong-based telco tycoon who is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Canning and his wife, Donna Fok, bought their Sydney home in 2015 for $23.5 million.  The house has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a swimming pool with uninterrupted views to the Harbour Bridge. The house is situated on dress-circle Queens Avenue, boasting some of Vaucluse’s best homes. Including the 1920s mansion Villa Igiea, bought in 2015 for $52 million by Jin Lin, the head of property development giant Aqualand.

This is certainly one of Sydney’s best homes and a dream to shoot for the Core Photography team.
